Heather is a star!

I must admit when Bradstone first came to me with the idea of this Design Challenge I never thought they’d find someone with the right combination of creativity and determination to make it work. After all, show gardening is a world away from doing your own garden.

But they’ve certainly struck gold with Heather!

To say she’s new to show gardening, she’s taken to it like a duck to water and has been doing a great job. One of the main things that has impressed me is her attention to detail, which is so important with show gardens. She’s also very confident and isn’t afraid of checking that everything is spot on, which is also vital – you have to be the boss of your own garden!

This experience should really stand Heather in good stead for a future in garden design and I really think she has what it takes to do this professionally.
