Three down, two to go!

We’re just over halfway through and the show is going really well. Feedback from the public has been absolutely brilliant and Heather seems to be really chuffed.

This is really what it’s all about and it still gives me a real buzz. It never ceases to amaze me how many genuinely interested people come to these shows.

I haven’t had a proper look round myself yet. I feel like I may take root so I think I’ll go and have a snoop tomorrow. Trouble is, I usually end up spending money. So maybe I’d be better staying put!

The garden is holding up well in spite of a battering from the rain. It still looks fresh and we’ve been careful to make sure it’s tidy and swept after a downpour – or the plants are well watered if it’s bright.

I’m not sure I look quite so fresh, despite regular watering courtesy of the many cups of tea along the way! I am starting to feel tired now. There are only so many weeks you can be in a hotel before you start to crave your own comfy bed!

I’ll be there soon enough, although not for long as Hampton is the next show on the horizon. But at least I’ll be able to remind my daughters what I look like!
